We begin with a quick questionnaire and a discovery call to learn more about you, your business, your goals, and your audience. This helps me understand your vision and recommend the best service fit.
Before design begins, we dig deep. Whether it's a brand strategy, website planning, or both—I guide you through identifying your brand values, visual direction, messaging, and user journey.
With a clear foundation, I begin creating your visual identity or building out your site. You’ll receive a design presentation and have space to provide thoughtful feedback. We collaborate and refine until everything feels just right.
For websites, this is when I bring your site to life—responsive, SEO-friendly, and easy to manage. For branding clients, you’ll receive final files, a style guide, and helpful tools for consistent use.
It’s time to go live and celebrate! I provide custom video tutorials, launch graphics, and 2 weeks of post-launch support—because I want you to feel empowered, not abandoned.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do! Each package requires a 25% non-refundable upfront deposit, and the remaining balance can be split up into 2, 4, or 6 payments. The remaining payments will be spaced out evenly from the deposit date. Project deliverables will be provided after the project balance is paid for in full.
Are there any additional fees outside of the project cost that I will need to pay?
There are additional fees that may be necessary outside of the project depending on your business needs and what outside platforms you use. Things like a Showit subscription, Showit Templates, Shopify or Flodesk subscription, purchasing a domain name, obtaining legal forms, etc. are all potential costs you will need to consider.
What platform do you use to design websites?
I design websites exclusively in Showit at this time. Showit allows me the most creative freedom as a designer, and it is a very user-friendly platform which makes for easy maintenance and updates in the future.
What if I need additional features added to my website?
Most external/additional features can be added or embedded within Showit. Another benefit of the platform! Please let me know what features you think you will need when you submit your inquiry form, and we will discuss the potential of including them in your website build during our discovery call.

Will I know how to make edits to my website after we have completed my project?
Yes you will! Towards the end of a project, I provide all my clients with training on the Showit website platform so that they can confidently navigate, make edits/updates, and maintain their new website. You’ll also be provided with additional educational resources after your project has been closed.
Can you do copywriting for my website?
I do not offer copywriting services at this time, and trust me, you don’t want me to. However, if you need a copywriter for your project, I have a list of recommendations I can provide you with!
What is your refund policy?
Each project requires a 25% deposit upfront that is non-refundable. No refunds are available after the project has been completed. If you have paid any additional fees as the project is ongoing and would like to request a refund, please reach out via email or your client portal so we can discuss the options further.
How far in advance should I reach out about working with you?
You should reach out a minimum 2-3 months prior to your launch date or 1-2 months prior to your desired project start date. This will allow for enough time for deliverables to be collected, revisions, and implementation of the final designs.
