I collaborate with creative entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate their business with client experience at the forefront of every decision. The ones who want to mesh that cozy feeling of “togetherness” with a professional image.
When you focus only on the design or only on the strategy, you miss the key pieces of client connection that ultimately foster an engaged community. Lucky for you, that’s my bread and butter. I’m here to blend the user experience with a beautiful design, all to ensure that your audience is committed, and your business remains timeless.
Are you ready?
Taking the human-centered approach to brand and web design.
While other web designers only focus on the website itself, I spend my time fostering a connection with you so I can truly understand the heart of your brand and business.
Because developing an online presence doesn’t have to be detached, boring, or a passing trend.
I focus on creating a really personal space that reflects your values, resonates with your clients, and remains relevant for years to come.
turning out designs as fast as possible
skipping the “getting to know you” stage"
using trendy styles that fade out in a few months’ time
The one-to-one experience you’ll get with me will allow us to get to the root of who you are and clarify the best process and visuals to serve your clients. The design you get with me will be both individual and purposeful.
If you read my bio on the homepage, then you’ll know I’m currently based in Oregon. However! I’m originally an Arizona girl that grew up thinking she would be a marine biologist after an impressionable trip to SeaWorld. Somewhere along the way, I realized that art and all things beauty and design were my true passions (though I still love my aquatic friends). I ended up going to school for Interior Design, and though it captured the “love of art” aspect well, I knew deep down that more beyond interior design was waiting for me. But what exactly? That revealed itself later.
I began working a true dream job as a Next Steps Director at a church in Arizona. During my time there, I… hosted events for 1,000's of people, welcomed in 1,000's of guests, and managed teams of 100's of volunteers.
This was a challenge for sure, but one I welcomed as it pushed me out of my comfort zone and grew my innate skills, and myself as a whole, to a new level. And what are those innate skills you may ask? Design, organization, and people. This blended skillset was always a part of me, but it really blossomed in my role at the church. And ultimately? It’s the foundation for how I deliver brand and website designs now.
As time passed, I ended up meeting and, 1.5 years later, marrying my wonderful husband in 2023. We moved to Oregon quite literally the next day to follow his new job offer, and I felt that my world had flipped upside down. Beautiful, yet overwhelming - that’s how that time in my life felt. I found myself needing to discover a new passion that helped me utilize my skills and love for design, organization, and people. That passion came to fruition through brand and web design, a pursuit I’d been eyeing for years but had never felt brave enough to take on. Like my time at the church, this new season pushed me further out of my comfort zone, and The Brass House was born.
I know what it’s like to pivot, do hard things, do scary things, not know what’s next, and yet know exactly what my heart desires. Life hands us so many emotions at once and running a business can escalate those feelings 10-fold. That’s why I make it a point to connect with my clients. Not only do I want to deliver a stellar visual design, but I want to provide that warm support and friendly comfort that can so often be overlooked in this industry. I know you’re here because you want that too, and I cannot wait to work with you!
To no one’s surprise at this point, I LOVE to plan parties! Creating beautiful spaces where people can connect? Count me all the way in.
Again, probably not a surprise if you read about my church work, but organizing is my absolute JAM. Matching boxes perfectly labeled and organized? Truly a small piece of heaven for me.
I’m a collector of random, beautiful things. Think like brass candlestick holders, vintage trophies, and picnic baskets to name a few of my favorites.
Painting, embroidery, and crafting are a few other creative skills I have!
If I had a superpower, it would be the power of laughing for hours after a funny event occurred. And I do mean hours!
Let's be friends
