Yes I do! Each package requires a 25% non-refundable upfront deposit, and the remaining balance can be split up into 2, 4, or 6 payments. The remaining payments will be spaced out evenly from the deposit date. Project deliverables will be provided after the project balance is paid for in full.

There are additional fees that may be necessary outside of the project depending on your business needs and what outside platforms you use. Things like a Showit subscription, Showit templates, Shopify or Flodesk subscription, purchasing a domain name, obtaining legal forms, etc. are all potential costs you will need to consider.

You should reach out a minimum 2-3 months prior to your launch date or 1-2 months prior to your desired project start date. This will allow for enough time for deliverables to be collected, revisions, and implementation of the final designs.

I design websites exclusively in Showit at this time. Showit allows me the most creative freedom as a designer, and it is a very user-friendly platform which makes for easy maintenance and updates in the future.

Yes you will! Towards the end of a project, I provide all my clients with training on the Showit website platform so that they can confidently navigate, make edits/updates, and maintain their new website. You’ll also be provided with additional educational resources after your project has been closed.

Most external/additional features can be added or embedded within Showit. Another benefit of the platform! Please let me know what features you think you will need when you submit your inquiry form, and we will discuss the potential of including them in your website build during our discovery call.

Truthfully, yes you can. However, creating a brand or website is more than just putting cute designs together. There is a strategy behind these design projects that is meant to optimize the results you get and ensure that your brand/website is helping your business succeed as much as possible. Someone with experience and expertise in strategy along with design is worth investing in. Lucky for you, you know a girl. 😉

I do not offer copywriting services at this time, and trust me, you don’t want me to. 😅 However, if you need a copywriter for your project, I have a list of recommendations I can provide you with! 

What is your refund policy?

Each project requires a 25% deposit upfront that is non-refundable. No refunds are available after the project has been completed. If you have paid any additional fees as the project is ongoing and would like to request a refund, please reach out via email or your client portal so we can discuss the options further.
